This is caused by an update to Valve Anti Cheat (VAC): ->
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23578 The bug has already been fixed in
GIT, so the next wine release will be ok too. Some people reported that setting
ther hl2.exe to Windows 98 in winecfg fixes the issue as well.
