I'm running Kubuntu 18.04 and Wine 4.0.2. Did you already try if "winetricks arial" changes anything?
Also, does the app need windows version 10 set? Better lower the version if possible.

Hi. It used to work with this configuration, but I don't see other people having the same problem. I've changed it to Windows 8 (Windows 7 can't seem to load the application). `winetricks arial` causes "Unknown arg arial". It used to work with this configuration, but I don't see other people having the same problem.
I've changed it to Windows 8 (Windows 7 can't seem to load the application).
`winetricks arial` causes "Unknown arg arial".
