However, for me, it occurs only to a specific set of keys. Furthermore, the set of keys is different every time I start the game. For example, I cannot hijack vehicles by pressing the Spacebar key. However, if I try to change the controls in the Options menu, the Spacebar key works. It may be important to note that both, the primary and the secondary key for an action do not work. For example, you can hijack vehicles with the 'T' key or the 'Spacebar' key. However, neither works. Then, if I restart the game, hijacking vehicles by pressing the Spacebar key works. Tymoteusz, are you running the game in windowed mode or full-screen mode? I have been running it in windowed-mode. When I start up the game, all the controls are working. I can hijack vehicles, target people and hit them, etc. Now if I switch to another desktop (using <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Left Arrow>), then switch back to the game, some of the controls stop working. The controls that stop working are not always the same. If I change the key mappings of the controls that stop working, they still do not work.
