Crash backtrace

1. Open Wargaming.com Game Center
2. Launch World of Tanks
3. Immediate crash with error reporting dialog (see attached backtrace)

Ubuntu 19.10
Tested with Ubuntu-bundled Wine 4.0.2 and the latest tested version of Wine
(4.19-staging), both with identical results.
Tried with winetricks, no effect.

Unable to test Wine 5.0+ due to black screen.
