[Bug 11642] New: Panzer General II doesn't display background

This bug seems to be exactly the same I got running Panzer General under Windows XP, without having activated the "Win 95/98 compatibility mode" of the desktop shortcut. But even if I say to Wine to emulate Win 95 or 98, it fails. 2. This bug is also reproductible under Windows 95/98 if you don't have the original game CD in your drive when launching the game. 3. Whit previous versions of Wine, it has been reported to work...
