[Bug 4729] Resizing out-of-sync window freezes and then crashes wine. Seen in Photoshop.

I confirme this bug using ubuntu 6.06 and wine 0.9.22. I have this error in
terminal: 

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7e5c8fc0 "x11drv_main.c: X11DRV_C
ritSection" wait timed out in thread 0009, blocked by 000f, retrying (60 sec)
wine: Critical section 7e5c8fc0 wait failed at address 0x7efb0040 (thread 0009),
 starting debugger...
