Hi

Recently some regressions appeared in GTA Vice City. The biggest one is making
boats unusably slow (boat related missions are impossible).
I tried going back to wine 3.0 and wine 2.0.4, but it did not fix the
regression.
One possible explanation for the regression would be a kernel upgrade (I'm
running Debian sid, and I am 100% sure the game was working ~3 months ago).
I would happily help investigating this issue, but my knowledge on wine is too
limited to do this alone.
