[Bug 21693] New: Oblivion sound effects mutted

It seems that it was a regression on wine, since this problem didn't appeared on the earlier releases. Even in wine-1.1.37 the game was nearly perfection with feel major bugs. Same for Fallout 3 which uses basically the same game engine. Anyone got a quick patch? I've got some Super Mutants here that need to be taught a lesson.
