Not a blocker. 

Your Wine version is over five years old and no longer supported. The current
development release is 2.5; upgrade and try again.

No news from the reporter since 3 years. Used a very wine version.
Install is OK for me (can be downloaded here:
https://www.apple.com/ne/itunes/download/)

Can an administrator close this bug as ABANDONED?
