Fixed the link in Bugzilla, AppDB wants iBugId not bug_id. Cleaned up the AppDB
page a bit as well while I was in there.

This exact issue occurs here:

If click on "View" in the "Other Apps Affected" column in the Known Bugs
section, you will get the error: 

Fatal error: bug_id should be a boolean value. Please try clearing out your
cookies. If the problem continues please email appdb(a)winehq.org with the error
text.

That's another issue though. This bug is about the bugzilla link to appdb.

Please open a new bug for it if there isn't one yet.
