When trying to install on MacOS Monterey 12.6 I get the following error:
"winehq-stable-5.0.pkg" can't be opened because apple can't check it for
malicious software. 
This software needs to be updated. Contact the Developer for more information.

5.0 is quite out of date. That said, OSX packages aren't currently built. See
bug 49167 for details (and where to get other packages you can try)...
