When I use cmd+c to copy, it's fine, but I have to be aware (cmd + c & ctrl+ v to copy& paste). Command-C is transmitted to the Windows program as Alt-C, which doesn't mean anything in particular in general. (The Windows program is free to do what it likes. In many cases, it will activate a top-level menu whose access key is "C".) Given that, I have to ask: are you using plain Wine or a modified version? Anyway, if Control-C crashes the program, please attach the crash report. I use wineskin, http://wineskin.urgesoftware.com/tiki-index.php . cmd + c really doesn't work, I don't know how I managed to copy by this shortcut? :O
You need to check with the Wineskin project what exactly is in the bundle they provide. It might be a customized version of Wine, in which case we can't help you here. Alternatively, you can try to install or build plain Wine. For example, you could use MacPorts to install it.
