0134:err:winediag:WSASocketW Failed to create a socket of type SOCK_RAW, this requires special permissions.
Looks like a permissions issue rather than a bug. It will probably work if you run as root, though you generally shouldn't do that. If it works as root then you might be able to use setcap on relevant binaries to get it working. I tried running the app but I never see this error in my console, though I don't see a server list either. How do you have it setup? -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

I just ran the installer eMule0.70b-Installer64.exe and ran emule.exe. I tried running it as root, no WSASocketW error but still no server list -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Using the portable version (eMule0.70b_x64.zip) the server list is shown. The "Failed to create a socket of type SOCK_RAW" appears there too. Binary emule.exe of installer and zip seems identical. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
