The extraneous tiny window (about 20x30 size) is no longer on the desktop. This is a huge improvement in that it makes a catastrophically minimized FLStudio now non-catastrophic (aka you would lose all your work otherwise, if not saved). Minimizing/maximizing/closing the app with the buttons works fine. Minimizing works, as does Unminimizing from Gnome taskbar (Window List applet). Note that the following does not work as expected (and could be legitimately considered a new bug): Start FL Studio. Maximize FL Studio window using FL Studio maximize button. Minimize FL Studio window using FL Studio minimize button. Unminimize FL Studio window using Gnome taskbar button. FL Studio window appears with "restore" dimensions with improper (maximized) borders. Note that the right-click Gnome taskbar menu also mistakenly thinks the window does not have maximized dimensions, showing a "Maximize" menu item (should show Unmaximize).
