[Bug 1302] New: - C.A.T.S. Wintuner won't load

I had gotten an earlier version of this program to work, but the current 1.91
doesn't work.  I can't get it to load at all.

Before it crashes/doesn't load, a dialog box pops up with:

"Invalid picture"

with just an OK button.

Attached is a 200-line relay output.
