[Bug 6866] Junk on the bottom part of a window wine desktop mode, in CircuitMaker 200

Tested with wine-1.3.28, Ubuntu 11.10 package; graphics driver fglrx. Without
emulating virtual desktop, the window are correctly drawn; when emulating
virtual desktop, the part of the window near the right margin is still not
repainted.
