The encyclopedia can be browsed either from inside the game, or by running the HViewer.exe standalone application. The problem: the front page of the encyclopedia is displayed, but you are unable to open it as clicking on the front page has no effect. One thing I noticed is that if I click on the main categories in the encyclopedia, the resulting page is opened in a separate browser window. Before the regression those pages were opened in the encyclopedia itself, without invoking internet explorer.
