Sorry for the late answer.
It's a non free app.

For a test-app, see kb112641
http://download.microsoft.com/download/platformsdk/demo4/3.1/w31/en-us/extde...

The test app compiles with OpenWatcom only with some bug fixes
in the test app and need additional changes to workaround wine bugs.
