[Bug 9660] New: Microsoft Money 2001 crashes during install

See attached log. "Setup was unable to install all of the components. Please close all applications and try running Setup again." Clicking ok results in the installer completing with a "Success" message, but then on trying to run Money itself results in the following message... "Money requires some components of Internet Explorer 5 in order to function properly. Please reinstall Internet Explore 5 so these components can be added." "winetricks fakeie6" gets around the error about IE5 and Money 2001 is now loading.
