Posts on the EVE forums suggest rolling back to 1.3.25, as rolling back to 1.3.26 does not fixt the problem (though 1.3.26 seemed to work for me just fine a couple days ago). Same error message in the console. okay, so I'm new at this. How do I "install the native globally," as is suggested as a workaround on the second bug you posted (the first simply says it's resolved in 1.3.27, which my issue isn't)?

Either use wine from git (where it should work), or remove the wine manifest file in C:\windows\winsxs.
