test exe to reproduce the bug

If you click a foreground non-Wine window while a context menu of a background
Wine window is shown, the mouse down event gets passed through to the window
the context menu belongs to.

See the attachment for a way to reproduce this effect.

I am using the KWin window manager.

This effect does NOT show in Windows.

(Sorry if this is known, I really have no idea how to search for this
particular effect in the bug db)

This ticket has not been updated for over 900 days. Development recommends
to check the status on your bug every release or two and let to be known if the
bug is still present. If not, mark it fixed.

Is this still an issue with 1.7.0 or higher ?
