You either miss some host libraries (distros tend to mark certain Wine components as 'optional') or your distro 'PCLinuxOS' is somehow broken or <insert bunch of other causes here>. There is no way we are going to be able to fix this based on this information. Needinfo or even invalid/abandoned.
