Metabug for MSI installers that return either of the following 2 errors due to 
the problem listed in the summary..

Error #1:
err:msi:ACTION_InstallFiles compressed file wasn't extracted

Error #2:
err:msi:extract_cabinet_file FDICopy failed
err:msi:ACTION_InstallFiles Unable to ready media
