[Bug 1350] [AllocConsole, CONIN$/CONOUT$]Take command /32 ver 3.01A displays inverted "?" characters instead of text in command window, diverts I/O to console instead.

I was able to download version 6.01 of this program but unfortunately I was
unable to install it. I got a message box with the following message.
