[Bug 8498] builtin msxml3 fails to validate MSN Messenger's xml

I cannot find exactly why it returns 80070057, looking at it it seems to 
return the error of GetLastError(), while that probably wasn't called here, 
however if I change msxml3 to native the application works fine.
