How to reproduce:
1. visit https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/ with your favorite browser. 
2. click `commitdiff' at the top of the page.

Expected behavior:
Establish SSL sessions, i.e. visiting URL is
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff .

Actual behavior:
Establish HTTP sessions, i.e. visiting URL is
http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff .
