Screenshot of the problem

While the city is loading you just see blue, green and red buildings. This only
happens in Hardware mode, if you set the game to software mode the image appear
correctly.

This is ubuntu 9.10, latest git drivers for GM45.

I have set it to 256 and also 512 and still the same issue and the same console
output.
