Console log of S&T2005 (failure to start)

This bug report is actually a mix of multiple issues...  All attempts to get
any version of Microsoft Streets and Trips or Microsoft MapPoint to run.

In my case, I only own S&T 2005, and can only report results with that specific
version.

Current status (wine 0.9.25-2.1 included in Debian Etch)
- Installer runs perfectly (only tried minimal install, which doesn't copy map
data (CD #2) on the hard drive).  Woohoo !!!  Didn't work last time I tried.
- Application fails to start (crashes immediately), regardless whether it's
started from the autorun application on CD #2 or from the binary installed on
the hard disk (the attached log is for the latter).

I'd expect that by looking at the attached log, any experienced Wine user could
spot a rookie mistake.  I'd be glad to know which one :)
