[Bug 16249] New: mspaint does not render PNG files correctly

Now my PNG and JPG images does display fine in mspaint. However, now I have to rely on; 1. External software. 2. Proprietary software. This needs to be fixed in the Wine project. PNG file displayed properly with colors.
