Could you add exact downloadlink please? Is it this one: https://store.serif.com/en-us/update/windows/photo/1/ I tested this a time ago. AFAICT you really need Staging to get this installed. This thread has more info on how to get it run. Depending on which .NET Frameworks you've installed prior you will run into different bugs (dotnet35 vs. dotnet40 vs. dotnet45 ...). If you install .NET Framework 4.7 via 'winetricks -q dotnet472' you avoid all of them. I had a patch still applied when testing.
