Had the same problem with wine 1.3.8. To fix it after upgrading to flex 2.5.35
I had to do a make clean, configure, then make again.

For the build I've also added added gstreamer support, but that might be
irrelevant.

This has not been updated for over 900 days. 

Is this still an issue in 1.5.31 or higher or is this abandoned ?
