Example help file which Wine winhelp.exe cannot load

Hi,

The Wine winhelp.exe program is unable to open certain help files, giving a
bogus error message like "Error while reading the help file `BG.HLP'"

To reproduce, use this command: wine winhelp.exe BG.HLP

Using winhlp32.exe from Windows 95 in Wine, the file displays correctly.

Running winhelp with debug messages on:
  $ WINEDEBUG=winhelp winhelp BG.HLP
shows the following message:
warn:winhelp:HLPFILE_SystemCommands too old file format (NIY)

This is just not implemented yet

Bugfix has been committed to current git tree. wine 0.9.51 will support this
file.

closing as fixed as all the patches related to loading to winhelp have landed
in the current tree.
