Verified that the bug still exists in wine 1.6 rc4 (that's what `wine
--version` returns anyway) and WeatherScope 1.3.1 and 1.9.2. Just to be sure, I
ran WeatherScope 1.3.1 in Windows 7 and it acts differently than in Wine. It
doesn't exhibit the "still-dragging" effect after right click, although it does
have some oddities: when right clicking menu items that open a new window,
artifacts are left on the main window, etc.
