[Bug 3502] Foobar2000 DirectSound output causes terrible background noise

I can't get the patch to work. I have patched wine 0.9.3 (at least tryed), added
DWORD registry entries just like was said, added values 16 for BitsPerSamples
and 48000 for the other. When lauching foobar (0.8.3) with directsound output
and try to play something, it crashes. I get this error:
err:seh:EXC_DefaultHandling Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr
0x7f34ab4d

Wave output still works in that.
