Tested against current git (wine-1.1.24-463-g4d35f3f).

If no other apps draw screen it works fine.

The LockWindowUpdate still a stub:

fixme:win:LockWindowUpdate (0x10020), partial stub!
fixme:win:LockWindowUpdate ((nil)), partial stub!
