[Bug 36747] New: When SIV calls SLGetWindowsInformation() it crashes as RaiseException() get's called

I also noted the function does not get reported correctly in the attached trace. __wine_spec_unimplemented_stub+0x37(module="slc.dll", function="ÿ Ó“") It's simple enough for me to stop SIV calling SLGetWindowsInformation() when it's running on Wine, but I feel I should not need to do this.
