Created an attachment (id=28713) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=28713) [details] error runtime when try to run entry application.
Runtime error, when try to load data entry application (in previous version 1.2.4x still works)
There's no such thing as wine-1.2.4x; you probably meant wine-1.1.4x. Please perform a regression test: http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting
3. Open file/application, goto examples/capi
Do I open a particular file at the open file dialog (capi.dcf/capi.ent)?
4. just enter and entry anything in operator's code, then you will see the runtime error.
Where is the "operator's code" field? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

Yes, you right, what I mean is 1.1.4x.

Yes, that one.

You have to run it first, go to file-> Run (or you could directly press CTRL+R) -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23105 --- Comment #5 from Andrew Nguyen <arethusa26(a)gmail.com> 2010-06-10 03:08:38 --- I cannot reproduce the runtime error with a clean Wine prefix using either wine-1.2-rc2 or wine-1.2-rc2-250-g950919e. What I've done is: 1. Execute cspro40.exe and complete installation, selecting the option of "all components". 2. Launch CSEntry.exe in the C:\Program Files\CSPro 4.0\ directory. 3. Select the Examples\CAPI\capi.ent file in the spawned open file dialog. 4. Press OK for the file associations dialog. 5. Enter an arbitrary string in the operator ID dialog (I chose t3st1D). I cannot see any runtime error occur after this dialog. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

fixme:font:WineEngCreateFontInstance Untranslated charset 255
is it the problem? how to fix it? I'm using ubuntu lucid lynx. thanks.
fixme messages are harmless and should be ignored unless there is a visible demonstrable problem. I already use a clean wine (rename my old .wine to .wine_old), set config to windows XP , and the message appear is only that one. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
