The app installed into Program Files (x86), so it's a 64 bit system, but the backtrace is 100% 32 bits. I think that's the part that counts.
Platform describes the OS. The version used was 24 according to the log (change title).
bug 31360 tracks v21 and bug 31358 v25
similar issues.
