[Bug 2883] Problems with OleCreateFromFile

Wine 1.3.6 terminal output

Still present in 1.3.6.
A dialog pops up with the following text:
"File: c:\nt\private\ctoleui\ole2.0\apps\cl2test\daytona\..\info.c, Line 343
 Create: Error E_NOTIMPL"

I used Insert -> Embed From File -> List files of type -> *.png and then chose
a PNG image and clicked "CreateFromFile".
