I agree - I'll change the patch.

Re the grfMode stuff: I'll do some more testing but for the moment would it be
worth disabling the test for grfMode flags if the STGM_TRANSACTED flag is set?
This would at least allow the apps to work.

BTW In practical terms, what exactly is transacted mode and how does it differ?
How much work is likely to be necessary to implement it?
