It's a rar sfx, so you can extract the files with rar. Looks like the sfx runs bin/bstrapInstall.exe. +relay shows that this does something like regsvr32 /s .\bin\InstallerDlg.dll bin\gameinstaller.exe installerMain.clf Doing this by hand also exits silently. +relay shows 0024:Call ntdll.strlen(001cfc98 "attempt to call global `InstallerUI' (a nil value)") ret=1000ad86 which looks a bit suspicious.
