Direct download link: https://download.microsoft.com/download/c/3/5/c35ae8d6-d607-4095-8eb8-ca1860... Installer brings up a window with an extraction progress bar, which completes. Then it displays a message box saying "Setup cannot continue because an unexpected error has occurred."
