after i update my ubuntu from 7.10 to 8.04 i cant run "RPGMakerVX" and i cant
make a sound test at wine.

PS: at 7.10 with wine <0.9.59 i had also this problem,
with wine 0.9.59 it was gone, but now it is back

i doesn't change the config

The new ubuntu is using pulseaudio as its default sound system. Wine has very
specific sound demands (because directsound has strict requirements) which make
pulseaudio not that great for Wine. Next to this there are some bugs in
pulseaudio which prevent it from working well with Wine right now.
You could say this is a duplicate of bug 10910 (or perhaps 11091 or 10945).
