I don't remember how it is on windows , I think it's fixed size however running
dw8 I wanted to test the password saving options for sites ftp passwords and
discovered that DW8 have problems editing to edit the sites

Have you tried without beryl too? Last bug indicates you use beryl..

looks like it's a beryl problem , no problem with metacity sorry
