I have just tried wine-2.1 and the bug is still there First, the patches aren't accepted yet. It's a fairly invasive change, so it will probably take a while longer.
But I'm not even sure if that's the fix anymore. Most likely the two issues aren't connected. I had to rewrite the patch, I had to removed RDW_ALLCHILDREN because my tests proved that to be wrong. There is issue on DC Sweep tab, last line in text above source selection is not fully shown. Attached screen shot shows Edit Simulation Command when it was opened. Application information:
