Clicking on them with the mouse has no effect. They title bar is always grey and can't be "activated" (turned blue), and so they can't be moved around the screen." You can type in it, but not dismiss or accept it. Tried looking for Geoplan and got a working link: http://maths.ac-amiens.fr/spip.php?article115&lang=fr I believe it is the same program (maybe not same version), choose Options->Langue->Anglais and then: File -> New Plane Figure Create -> Free Point -> In the Plane In the dialog type a name in uppercase and press OK.
