The problem appears to be linked to the alsaequal plugin. The error I am getting is: Failed to load plugin "/usr/lib/ladspa/caps.so": /usr/lib/ladspa/caps.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64 --- Here is my .asoundrc ctl.equal { type equal; } pcm.plugequal { type equal; slave.pcm "plughw:0,0"; } pcm.!default { type plug; slave.pcm plugequal; } ------ If I delete .asoundrc wine functions just fine, so my first impression is that there is some sort of incompatibility with alsaequal.
