The error message from Babylon is: Error_Message{"Installation of dictionary 'dictionary name' has failed."}. For the shell output errors look at the attachments. 81397204-f51a-4571-8d7b-dc030521aabd appears to be associated with ie6. Try winetricks ie6 maybe. That's a horrible thing to do in general but if it helps here, great, and it tells us where the bug lies.
Already tried that, it does not work. The only way to run the program properly is using winetricks ie6, else you don't get a main window. See bug 16614.
