this bug (Failed to initialize DirectX Audio) came if i start RPG Maker VX or
one of the games.
and i cannot make a sound check from the wine config.

If the sound check doesn't work in WineCFG then your soundcard is locked by
another process (i.e. ESD, aRTs).
