https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34512 --- Comment #3 from Linuxhelper <Linuxhelper2881(a)yahoo.com> --- Ive done retested this on Wine 1.7.21 and when i started it It says Updating and freezes there dont run at all when ya Monitor the Up and Down speed of the Internet with Gkrellm its all at 0 UP and 0 DOWN speed plus if u go to Monitar the CPU usage of command Top. it is at 0 maybe 1% if ur lucky but seems to not run i Ran this program over night and it was still at the exact same spot this also happens with the screen "Downloading EN Splash screen" on how to get it through the update page I repeatedly open 10 diffrent 1s at the same time opened many of them and 1 out of the many finely worked, went strate to the "Donwloading EN Splash screen" -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. Dierick <o.dierick(a)piezo-forte.be> --- Hello, It's Dungeons & Dragons Online (I know it from "turbinelauncher.exe") It has been years (2016) since the game was handed from Turbine to Standing Stones Games and the (then) new launcher uses CEF. The SSG DDO launcher did hang/crash 2 out of 3 times but it was generally not a problem to launch the game. Since bug 53981 was fixed (wine 8.5) I haven't got a single CEF crash in any CEF-using program (yet). There is no reason to use the old Turbine launcher, so this is safe to close this bug.
